Stirling is shooting for $250 million or an average $300,000 per deal on 800 transactions this year. Forty-six percent of last year's sales generated $80 million in deals or almost half of the company's total's production for the year.
"Typically, real estate agencies that have been operating long enough to develop a referral base count on about 20% to 25% of sales via referrals," Soderstrom tells GlobeSt.com.
He also credits showcase centers he developed in suburban Winter Park, Seminole Town Center mall in Sanford, FL and in Heathrow with bringing in new sales.
Stirling is completing a fourth showcase center on Sand Lake Road and Dr. Phillips Boulevard in south Orlando. Heathrow is 30 miles north of Downtown Orlando.
