Steven Good, a 44-year-old attorney who has been with his father's firm for 21 years, becomes chairman and chief executive officer when the purchase becomes final Wednesday. His father, Sheldon F. Good, will stay on to develop new business for company. Also, nine long-time senior officers or administrative staff members Sheldon Good & Co. will become partners in the new firm.

New partners include president Alan R. Kravets; executive vice president - director of project management Michael A. Fine, CCIM; executive vice president - national director of sales Bruce E. Sayre; executive managing director - Rocky Mountain region James M. MacDonnell; executive managing director - Northeast region Jeffrey L. Hubbard; senior vice president - business development Douglas P. Johnson; senior administrator Cynthia Crnovich; auction coordinator Jeanine M. Pedersen; and information technology manager Jeannie A. Flanagan.

"We will build on the successful foundation my father has nurtured, continuing and enhancing our expansion of the real estate marketing business, offering new services and entering new markets," says Steven Good. "To facilitate this growth and to strengthen the 36-year-old firm, key employees have been made owners in the new company.''
