Other leases inked by C&W, all arranged by the firm's Kirk Miller, included OrchidBioSciences' 14,000 sf of office and lab space in Princeton (C&W represented lessor FMC Corp.); Korman Healthcare's sublease of 12,000 sf of office space from Otis Elevator in Moorestown; and Payroll Associates' lease of 8,000 sf, also in Moorestown. Smaller deals were signed by Northrup Grumman division Litton PRC in Pennsauken; Expanets, a Lucent spin-off, in Mt. Laurel; and Coca-Cola, in Marlton.
"The heavy activity reflects the health of the market," Miller reports. "Southern New Jersey's office market remains very tight for class A product, and for large blocks of space."
