UPS Logistics Prepares to Take 400,000 SF

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY-UPS Logistics Group will move into a 400,000-sf building at 800 N. Black Branch Rd. in IDI's T.J. Patterson Industrial Park when Palatine, IL-based Kajima Construction Services, Inc. completes work in July.

UPS Logistics Group is a supply chain services subsidiary of United Parcel Service. Its building will include 8,500 sf of office space, with the remaining 391,500 sf for distribution and warehouse use. The building will have 40 truck docks.

Palatine, IL-based Kajima Construction Services, Inc. is building the UPS Logistics Group facility, which was designed by architectural firm MacGregor Associates. Project managerDaniel Sammis is supervising construction.
