Keeley Construction, Inc. is renovating 58,513 sf. The job includes reconfiguring the existing office area with new ceilings, carpeting, cabinetry and countertops as well as new electrical service, lighting, compressed air distribution system, fire sprinkler, dock posts and 400-sf machine pit for paper-sizing equipment in the warehouse space.
Darryl Mayo of Harris Architects is providing architectural services. Project manager Martin L. Mikrut is supervising construction for Keeley.
