Two buildings totaling 116,641-sf in the Class A Randall Point Executive Center at 2200 and 2250 Point Blvd. was financed through AEGON USA Realty Advisors. PanCor Construction and Development built the three-building complex near the interchange of Randall Road and the Northwest Tollway (I-90) in 1999. CB Richard Ellis is marketing 23,000 sf at 2250 Point Blvd. at $16.95 per sf net, as well as 20,519 sf of sublease space in the same building at $13 per sf gross.

A three-story, 52,156-sf office building at 1030 W. Higgins in Park Ridge that recently sold for $5.1 million was financed through Delaware Lincoln Investment Advisors, which now holds a $3.75-million first mortgage, according to tax records. The 2.3-acre site also is located near an I-90 interchange – Cumberland Road and the Kennedy Expressway – but is in the O'Hare submarket.

The third property is a 20-story, 256,361-sf Class B building at 300 St. Paul Pl. in Downtown Baltimore that is undergoing a renovation.
