MINNEAPOLIS-Non-residential contracts are down 40% to $142.4 million in March, says F.W. Dodge, compared to a year ago. The division of McGraw-Hill Cos. adds residential building contracts are down 20% to $240.2 million.
For the year, Twin Cities non-residential construction contracts are down 16% to $371.1 million, while residential construction contracts are down 13% to $550.2 million, according to Dodge.
