Kevin White, the Ft. Worth-based firm's new investment partner, specializes in redevelopment projects and development of new retail centers. The 21-year veteran most recently had been vice president of retail development for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. He also has held senior level positions at United Commercial Realty and Capital Realty Group.

"Kevin is a tremendous addition to our partnership ranks," says Carol Ware Bracken, Woodmont's general counsel and investment services' president. "His work through the years has been extraordinary, and we are excited to have him take on this important role within our company."

In the second retail change, Kevin McIntosh is now a vice president in the retail division. Since joining Woodmont in 1995, he has specialized in leasing, pre-leasing new developments, big box disposition and tenant representation. He currently is overseeing a three million-sf portfolio of new power centers and about 500,000 sf of existing retail properties. Last year, he had ranked third in deals for Woodmont.

New to the firm is Marcy Andrepont, who is specializing in retail planning, leasing and development. She had been actively involved in the development of Universal CityWalk in Hollywood, which is an upscale mixed-use retail development. She also has played a role in the expansion of Vail's Beaver Creek Village and Jackson Hole, WY's Teton Village. She currently is handling pre-development and pre-leasing of the La Bella Vita lifestyle center in Kansas City, which is ticketed to break ground in September.

Andrepont, having worked as an independent retail consultant, is being touted for her "unbeatable sensibility for creative concepts that significantly enhance the value of our clients' assets," says Stephannie D. Mower, Woodmont's president and COO of asset services.
