The company's plan is to develop a nationwide network of roof truss, floor truss, and wall panel manufacturing facilities that serve the site-built construction market, says William G. Currie, UFPI's chief executive officer. "This acquisition meets all of our strategiccriteria and expands our geographic reach to include the markets that surround Minneapolis and Indianapolis," he adds.
