Dr. Allen Sprinkle is taking the largest and only open spot, 2,525 sf, at 1106 W. Randol Mill Rd. in a medical office building. Gene Lam of LBL Architects has represented the physician while Theron Bryant of SCM has represented the physician-owned building.
The LPD Roper Group has signed for 2,205 sf at Governor's Row along E. Lamar in north Arlington. Beaux Riley of SCM has handled the transaction for the 10-building complex that's owned by a limited partnership. And the final signing is for 1,700 sf at the two-story 1001 W. Mitchell St., another Arlington property. Larry Kloeping of Century 21 Judge Fite has represented the tenant, Arlington Counseling Association. SCM's Bryant has acted on the building owner's behalf.
