Pearl S. for Trend Electric Motor Repairs, Inc.; a 9,324-sf renewal at 9747 W. Foster Ave. for R.A.S. Builders; a 9,261-sf relocation at 9817 W. Foster Ave. for B & M Electric, Inc.; a 8,583-sf lease at 5135 N. Pearl St. for JW Peters & Sons, Inc.; a 3,912-sf lease at 5123 N. Pearl St. for Executive Beeper Keeper, Inc.; a 3,000-sf renewal at 9842 W. Farragut St. for Plastikoil of Illinois; and a 1,900-sf renewal at 5100 N. Pearl St. for Print Management Group, Inc.
