Computer Corp. Signs $1.7 Mil Lease

ANAHEIM, CA-Softect Solutions Inc. has inked a five-year deal for an 18,177-sf office at Anaheim City Centre. Other building tenants include Wells Fargo Bank, First World Communications and the International Rehabilitation Association.

The facility is 96% occupied. Tenants include Wells Fargo Bank, First World Communications and the International Rehabilitation Association.

Softect Solutions was represented by Chan Kantikovit and David Giglio of Grubb & Ellis. The landlord, Arden Realty, was represented in-house by senior portfolio leasing manager Mike Latham.
