Englewood, CO-based developer Corum Real Estate Group recently sold the property to White Plains, NY-based investor Andrew Falk. The value of the sale and lease exceeded $25 million.

"Corum chose to develop this property due to its ideal location along the rapidly growing I-55 Corridor," says David A. Bercu, SIOR, of Rosemont, IL-based Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. "It represents the third industrial speculative facility that the firm has successfully completed during the last few years in Chicago."

While Bercu represented Corum Real Estate Group in the sale and lease deals, Thomas F. DuBois of Thomas F. DuBois Real Estate represented Learning Curve International, the makers of Thomas The Tank Engine and Friends Wooden Rail System.
