Prudential Sells, Leases Back 351,182 SF

PLYMOUTH, MN-CB Richard Ellis helps close the sale of a 351,182-sf facility to Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Prudential Insurance Co. of America stays at the property at 3033 Campus Dr. as lessor.

The CB Richard Ellis brokers who handled the sale-lease-back for Prudential were Steven Buss, Thomas Holtz, and Brian Helmken. Buss and Holtz recently completed a sale-leaseback of Waddell & Reed's 206,284-sf corporate campus in Overland Park,KS, with assistance from Dan Carr in the CB Richard Ellis Kansas City office.
