Safety-Kleen Inc. has 5,064 sf of office space at 515 N. Sam Houston Parkway East. T. Worth Davis of Cushman & Wakefield has represented Safety-Kleen. Building owner Associated Houston Management LLC has used in-house broker Donna Redd to negotiate the deal.

BancTec USA Inc. has leased 4,846 sf at 16899 Imperial Valley, owned by Goradia Holdings Inc. James E. Foreman and Sandra Harris, both of Cushman & Wakefield, have represented BancTec in the deal.

In another office signing, Corvus Construction is taking 4,775 sf at 414 Garden Oaks, a holding of ProLogis Trust. Stephen B. Schneidau of Cushman & Wakefield has acted on the tenant's behalf.

Finally, Cushman brokers Stephen N. Montgomery, Angus S. Hughes and Roderick Bailey has closed a 2,284-sf lease for Gibbs & Henri PC 4200 Montrose Blvd. Tenax Campanile Ltd. owns the building.
