The building owner, NewMark Merrill, was represented in-house by Brad Pearl. IHOP was represented in-house by Mike Calahan.
None of the parties involved would disclose the dollar value of the deal. But based on asking rents at the complex, the pact appears to be worth around $3 million.
Anaheim Town Square is currently undergoing $3.5 million in renovations. Anchor tenants at the complex are Big K-Mart, Ralphs, a 99 Cents Only Store and Rite-Aid.
