The building's name is the same as its address, 801 N. Brand. Royal Indemnity Co. has been a tenant in the building since 1988.
Wayne Saldana of Colliers Seeley International represented Royal Indemnity in the lease negotiations. The landlord, a private group of investors known as ASP Glendale LLC, was represented by Bill Boyd of Grubb & Ellis' Glendale office.
