Partners Cary Fourman and Jim Bowen plan to open their 100-seat restaurant with sidewalk tables by the end of the month. The oversized kitchen is 2,300 sf.

The six-story, 60-year-old building has 8,177 sf of office available on the fifth floor at $20 per sf, full service.

Tom D. Cook and John Doran of Carter & Associates-ONCOR negotiated for the property owner, Cameron Kuhn. Southern Restaurant Partners brought the tenant.
