Just Living Rooms joins a tenant roster that includes an 88,000-sf Ames department store, which took the Caldor slot. Others are a new A&P supermarket, Rite Aid, Blockbuster Video, Fashion Bug, Payless ShoeSource and McDonald's.
"The property serves a densely populated community with an average household income that's expected to rise to almost $91,500 within the next three years," according to David Silver, Levin's corporate director of marketing. "Demographics like that, coupled with the renovation and a traffic count of more than 75,700 cars a day, and the shopping center is attracting the interest of strong credit retailers like Just Living Rooms."
