State Street Associates will be reimbursed for up to $2 million for demolition and environmental remediation under an ordinance expected to be approved by the city council later this month. The deal is subject to the city department of planning and development, city corporation counsel and State Street Associates reaching a redevelopment agreement.
State Street Associates made one of two proposals for the property.
