The sale was entirely handled by SVP Linda Stiles, representing the unnamed buyer, and vice president Andrew L. Jonas represented the seller, also unnamed. For Stiles, it was the third deal she closed for the same client in the past two years. Jonas had exclusive authorization from the seller, a 30-year Kislak client.

Located not far from the main campus of Seton Hall University, the property is a three-story brick building with 28 residential units and eight ground-level retail stores. It recently underwent a lighting and electrical service upgrade, and some exterior façade and landscaping upgrading is underway as well.
