After selling the building for $2.66 million, US Acrylic remains in their building as a tenant. The plastic and acrylic consumer goods producer has occupied the building since 1990. While Baumhart represented US Acrylic, Brian Carrol, CCIM, and Juanita Song of Grubb & Ellis represented Avergis & Associates.

A manufacturing company and a private investment group were involved in another sale-leaseback of a 38,000-sf building in west suburban Bensenville. Baumhart represented both parties in the transaction.

Meanwhile, Health Data Systems sold a one-story, 16,215-sf building at 710 E. Prospect in Mount Prospect to SDS Properties. They had been a tenant along with Clifford Window. Baumhart represented Health Data Systems and Chris Serico of McCollum Realty represented SDS Properties.
