The 8A submarket, which straddles the Middlesex/Mercer County border in Central New Jersey, is considered to be one of the hottest industrial real estate markets in the country. Besides the Turnpike, nearby access roads include Interstates 195, 295 and 287, and Routes 1 and 130.
