The Harms Road Associates Limited Partnership has been in default since March 1, according to a lawsuit filed in Cook County Chancery Court. GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. took over the mortgage from the original lender, Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., which made the loan in 1997.
GMAC also was allowed to have a receiver appointed. The next court date is Oct. 16.
