Rents in upgraded one- and two-bedroom units in the six-building complex off Ogden Ave. command an additional $60 to $95 per month in additional rent, depending on the extra amenities the tenant chooses. Rents at Heritage Hill range from $830 to $1,300 a month for units than range from 750 sf to 1,250 sf.
"The upgrade packages offer luxury and style and let Heritage Hill residents customize their homes to fit their own needs," says RMK Management President Anthony Rossi.
One of the first renovations was a remodeled community clubhouse. It now includes a 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center located in the lower level, as well as a new business center that has two computers with full Internet access, a printer, fax and copy machine, telephone and small meeting table with chairs.
