The Shopping Center Group of the Carolinas/ChainLinks placed Bed Bath & Beyond and Ross stores in University Centre in Wilmington, NC. Bed, Bath and Beyond leased 30,084 sf and Ross signed a lease for 30,187 sf from landlord Developers Diversified. The Shopping Center Group of the Carolinas/ChainLinks is helping both retailers expand their presence in the region.
Buffalo China has agreed to lease 77,556 sf in warehouse space at 4039 Genesee St. in Buffalo, NY from landlord Ciminelli Development Co. Ins., through a deal brokered by Berlow Real Estate, Inc./ChainLinks. The site is situated near an airport and will allow Buffalo China to double its space in a future expansion.
In Colville, Washington, Clark Pacific Real Estate Company, Inc./ChainLinks brokered the sale of 87,500 sf feet of land on behalf WAM Enterprises, Inc. for a 20,000-sf strip mall slated to open in July. The center, which is 60% pre-leased, is located along US Highway 395.
