Major expansion by JMI USA prompts the company to lease a 48,232-sf industrial building at 10415 United Pkwy. in Schiller Park, just off Mannheim Rd. and minutes from the airport's entrance. Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler principals David R. Kahnweiler, SIOR, and David A. Bercu, SIOR represented JMI USA while Richard Levy, SIOR, of Podolsky Northstar Realty Partners represented building ownership.

Industrial Crating, Inc. recently leased a 36,000-sf building at 730 North Baker Dr. within the Itasca Industrial Park in that west suburb, giving senior vice president James B. Planey and associate Jeffery J. Janda eight deals there for the property's ownership totaling 290,000 sf. Roger Baum and Dale Markay of Gladstone Group, Inc. represented Industrial Crating.

The largest of the Elk Grove Village deals was ABX lease of 35,178 sf at 2601 Allen Dr. Senior associate Mathew J. Stauber represented ABX while Pat McCourt of CB Richard Ellis represented building ownership.

New York-based shipping company ITS has subleased 24,752 sf at 360 Scott in Elk Grove Village. Senior vice president Ronald J. Behm, SIOR, represented the sublessor while Ray Okigawa of Tristar Associates represented ITS.

Also in Elk Grove Village, truck repair company ETS has leased a 13,980-sf building at 1649 Howard for expansion. Vice president Austin C. Jump represented both parties.

Advanced Display has leased a 30,000 sf at 3057 N. Rockwell in Chicago, moving from another Chicago location. Senior associate Michael L. Senner represented both parties.

Injecto Mold, a division of Sonoco Products, has leased 10,500 sf, half of a building at 4149 W. Belmont, for expansion. Behm represented Injecto Mold while Howard Kaplan of Kritt & Co. represented the building's owner.
