Tercek, 44, is a managing director and global co-head of equity capital markets at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Schreiber, 54, is president of Centaur Capital Partners Inc., a family investment firm. He is also senior advisor and partner of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors LP, which manages large real estate private equity funds, and serves as a director of two private companies, The Brickman Group Ltd. and JMB Realty Corporation.
Before the shareholders meeting, the board of directors approved payment of two regular quarterly cash dividends on both common and preferred stock. The common stock dividend will be 36 cents a share, while the preferred stock dividend will be 75 cents a share.
