The 60-year-old insurance agency will continue under its current management including principals, Richard Clark and Giles Madray. James Agnew, Gallagher's south central regional manager will be responsible for folding the agency into the region's other companies and offices.
The Texas Insurance agency has been active in the Texas market for more than 60 years. Its services include risk management, retail property-casualty and employee benefit products to commercial and individual customers in the hospitality, construction and nursing home industries.
Texas Insurance has one office along Post Oak in Houston and another in Spring, a northern Houston suburb. Gallagher has several offices in Dallas and one in San Antonio.
