According to the terms of the five-year lease, the Newport Beach-based tenant will occupy the entire 67,708-sf build-to-suit facility. The warehouse, which stands at 14700 Hoover, will be used for record storage. The deal includes an option to expand at the end of the five years.

The tenant was represented by Ken Hulbert of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. The landlord, Sares Regis, was represented by a CB Richard Ellis brokerage team consisting of Brad Bierbaum, Bob Goodmanson and Brian DeRevere. All three brokers work out of the Anaheim office.
