Pechiney Plastic Products took space at 101 N. Raddant Rd., a 276,000-sf building now 100% occupied. Leggett & Platt chose the 177,00-sf 530 Kingsland Dr. building, which still has 57,600 sf available.
The Rosemont, IL-based Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. team of vice president Keith S. Stauber, senior associate Kevin O'Donnell and associate Charles V. Canale were involved in the lease deals. So were Michael Marconi and David Friedland of Epic/Savage Realty Partners, who represented Leggett & Platt.
Barrington, IL-based Ridge Realty Group has developed approximately 600,000 square feet in Batavia, an area where it plans additional speculative facilities this year. "We are very pleased with the level of leasing activity in the Batavia market," says Ridge Realty Group executive vice president Roger Berres.
