BLOOMINGTON, MN- Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America's 240,000-sf building, one of the larger suburban office developments in the market, has such tenants as Shandwick International, Towers Perrin and Nortel.

Key tenants at the 8000 Tower include Shandwick International, Towers Perrin (TPF&C) and Nortel Networks. United Properties has managed and leased the office park since 1990 and acted as developer of the 8000 Tower of behalf of owner Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA).
