Finally, the law firm of Wong and Fleming took 5,000 sf, relocating from Princeton to the new 44,000-sf Advance at Metro III here. When the dust settled, only 3,600 sf (or about 8% of the leasable space) still remains available at the class A office property.

Advance at Metro III is a joint venture of the Bedminster, NJ-based Advance Realty Group and Bovis Lend Lease, with the latter occupying 21,000 sf for its Princeton regional office. The Garibaldi Group, Chatham, NJ, is the exclusive broker for the developers.

According to Dean Lundahl, senior vice president and regional managing director for Advance Realty Group, "we expect Metro III to be fully occupied in the very near future. We're extremely pleased with the leasing activity."
