"The Woodlands location offers a good balance between work and life outside of work," says Jim Gallogly, president and CEO of Chevron Phillips. "We plan to offer a positive office environment fitting in with the growing number of executive office buildings in this thriving area." Gallogly is convinced employees' enthusiasm about the new location will grow as the move-in date nears. The first building is set to deliver in mid-2002 and spells the consolidation of more than 600 office workers.
The consolidated offices will be the CBD, Clear Lake, Denver, CO and Bartlesville, OK. The land for this project had been acquired from The Woodlands Operating Co. LP. Houston's Dienna Nelson Augustine Co. is the developer.
