"We haven't seen a real slowdown in the warehouse-distribution space thus far," Baird says of Austin's market. Leasing talks confirm that demand is still high, with negotiations being in various stages with multiple prospects.
Lincoln Vista's trio is being built in sizes of 74,400 sf, 99,200 sf and 84,000 sf. The 74,400-sf Building A and 99,200-sf Building B boast 24-foot clear heights and the other structure, 32-foot clear height. All have front-load, cross-dock features. The trio, which delivers in the fall, will build-out the 16 acres, says Baird. The acreage is located along Vista Drive, just east of Interstate 35.
