Levin Management Corp., based in North Plainfield, NJ has the leasing and management assignment for the asset, which serves as a commercial focal point for The Hills, a 5,200-home, master-planned residential, recreational and commercial development.
Much of Highlands Village Center's tenant mix is geared toward convenience retailing, including a Rite Aid Pharmacy, McGrath's Hardware, Dairy Queen, The Linen Show (interior design), a bank branch, beauty salon, dry cleaner and several restaurants. The property has also been a venue for a number of township-sponsored entertainment events.
