The Sweeney Doehring Estate has sold acreage to the college district on the northwest corner of Barker Cypress and West Road. Keith P. Grothaus of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has negotiated the deal.
Several land transactions have come down the pike in recent weeks, as reported by GlobeSt.com. In another recent deal, Hart Heat Transfer Products has bought 1.86 acres at 8226 Kerr St. M. Bruce Jester of Henry S. Miller Commercial has represented buyer and the seller, Vosco Inc., in the deal. Hart Heat is an industrial cooling equipment manufacturer.
In another deal, Caldwell Watson broker Caleb Lawson has finalized the sale of a 60,000-sf industrial warehouse in Fairbanks Industrial Park 5, located at 4701 Blalock. The Attayi Family Partnership has purchased the space from Barish Properties, a sole proprietorship.
