The Northridge facility is located on the southwest corner of Reseda Blvd. and Parthenia St. It's tenants include Auto Zone and Smog Test Only. Joe Lopez and Jill Lopez of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services represented both sides of the transaction.
The Westcord brokers also represented Durose in the acquisition of the industrial building, an automotive-oriented facility at 102 Cunningham St. leased by Skeeters Performance Shop. Rick Principe of Westcord represented the seller, TR Funding.
Both properties will be managed by Westcord Valley Management of Van Nuys, an affiliate of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
