The company has just finalized a 6,218-sf lease for Highland Park Place, a class-A building located at 4514 Cole Ave. The new spot quadruples its current spot at Mockingbird Station, Stephannie Mower, president and COO of the Woodmont Co., tells GlobeSt.com. Move-in is set for June 15.
The five-member staff also will be quadrupled, according to Mower. To date, Woodmont's new Dallas associates are Brandon Beeson, Peyton Millinor and Eddie Myers.
And with the change comes more services that will be offered out of the Dallas office, including investment sales and research. The commercial real estate firm now offers just brokerage services.
Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services owns Highland Park Place. Transwestern has used Blair Oden, senior vice president of office services, to negotiate the lease. Rick Tiller of Grubb & Ellis' Dallas office has acted on Woodmont's behalf.
In two other office leases, Grubb & Ellis brokers have snagged new tenants for Parkway Tower and Parkside Corporate Center. Brambles Equipment Service has leased 6,289 sf to Entact Information Security at Parkway Tower, situated at 8445 Freeport Parkway. Grubb & Ellis' Brian Cheek has sealed the deal for the tenant while Cameron Tapley of Swearingen Realty Group has acted on Brambles Equipment's behalf.
Also, Cheek has closed a 4,375-sf lease for Metropolitan Life at the class-A Parkside Corporate Center, located at 16301 Quorum Dr. Cheek has represented building owner, Quorum Office Investors LP.
