60,000-SF Building Funded in Randall Point

ELGIN, IL-Chicago-based Corus Bank loans Randall Lakes Limited Partnership $5 million to build a two-story office building, the fourth in Randall Point Executive Center. The office park has seen 160,000 sf of space leased.

"The leasing activity has been strong in Randall Point and this new building with tollway frontage provides excellent signage opportunity for new tenants," says Corus Bank senior vice president Terence W. Keenan.Asking rents in Randall Point range from $14.25 per sf net to $16.95 per sf net.
