ASI Business Solutions is the largest space taker, signing for 14,200 sf at Valley View, represented by Ron Bullock, vice president of Wilcox Realty Group. He also has closed an 8,000-sf lease for Hathaway Process Instrumentation Corp. and 8,400-sf pact for Braxton Commercial Floor Services, both in the 17-year-old Valley View. The six-building project is positioned in Farmers Branch along N. Stemmons Freeway and provides 146,500 sf for the Valwood submarket.

Scott Porter has acted on ASI Business' behalf while Bob Luttrell of Jackson and Cooksey has represented Hathaway. Alan Clark, with JSC Realty, has represented Braxton in its signing. Bullock has negotiated the deals for property owner, Macfarlan Real Estate Services of Dallas, which bought the holding in 1997.

At 1303 Walnut Hill in Irving, TimeVision Inc. has snagged a tenant for 1,929 sf of sublease space in a freshly signed pact with Strategic Healthcare Inc. Michelle Hudson, senior vice president of Henry S. Miller Commercial's office industrial division has represented the sublessor. Elton Harwell, also a Henry S. Miller Commercial senior vice president, has acted on the tenant's behalf.
