The complex, built in 1987, was 100% occupied at the time of sale. Tenants include All About Smog, which occupies 11,000 sf, and A& P Paper, which occupies 10,000 sf. The seller is Rialto Freeway Business Park LLC.
Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates represented the buyers. Stephen Wong of S& D Associates represented the seller. Investors continue to favor industrial properties, as the dearth of buildable land and lack of new construction has pushed up occupancy levels at existing industrial facilities.
