The 10-year renewal will allow Inland Paperboard and Packaging to keep its 121,000 sf of space at 11500 Los Nietos Rd., a few miles east of Downtown LA. The building has been the home of the company's Crocket Container Crop. subsidiary for the past 15 years.

About 30 people work at the plant, says Ted Carpenter, principal of Newport Beach-based brokerage Carpenter & Associates. He represented Inland Paperboard in the negotiations and also the building's owner, privately held Margie's Investments of Whittier.
