$22-Mil Financing Expands Radisson Hotel

GREEN BAY, WI-A Radisson Hotel & Conference Center owned by the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin will get a 30,000-sf expansion from $22.7 million in taxable financing arranged by Minneapolis-based Miller & Schroeder.

New features will include the addition of 115 new rooms to the 299 rooms now at the hotel, 13,000 sf ofnew meeting facilities and a new fitness center.

Miller & Schroeder Investments, with nine offices in seven states, specializes in fixed income investmentbanking, including financing for American Indian tribes and gaming, public finance, mortgage bankingand construction lending, and corporate debt securities.
