Lone Star Fashions Inc. has leased 25,000 sf at the Interstate 10 Central Distribution Center at 4400 Clinton Dr. ProLogis Trust owns the building and has been represented by in-house broker Drew Beeson. Caleb Lawson of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has acted on the tenant's behalf.
Lawson also recently closed two more warehouse leases, totaling 16,950 sf. He has negotiated an 8,394-sf industrial lease between Eurotan of Texas Inc., dba Tanning Supply Warehouse, and building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. The space is in the Interchange Business Center at 303 Wells Fargo in the FM1960 submarket. Space in the park is going for 45 cents to 75 cents per sf.
Lawson also has represented Shred-It USA Inc. for an 8,556-sf warehouse lease at 600 N. Shepherd Dr. Warehouse Associates, the building owner, has used in-house broker Lee Paris to negotiate the pact.
