Gale & Wentworth California, one of the nation's largest developers, is building two corporate headquarters/R&D facilities totaling 150,000 sf at 5818 and 5830 El Camino Real. Completion is planned for July.
Carlsbad Corporate Center is located adjacent to the 560-acre Carlsbad Research Center. Neighboring tenants include Callaway Golf, ISIS Pharmaceuticals, Taylor Made Golf, Mallinckrodt Puritan Bennett, No Fear Inc., Upper Deck and Ford Motor Co.
Gale & Wentworth also recently completed a 110,000-sf build-to-suit for Federal Express in the first phase of the project. Coldwell Banker Commercial senior vice president David Onosko heads leasing for the project.
KMA Architecture and Engineering of San Diego is the project's architects. Keeton Construction of Temecula is the general contractor.
