Interactive Intelligence makes software for e-businesses, contact centers and service providers. Interactive Intelligence received Microsoft's 1998 Fastest Growing Independent Software Vendor's award and was named one of Red Herring's Top 100 Technology IPOs of 1999. The company is moving from another Northwest Side location at 3500 Depauw Blvd. where it had about 70,000 sf, says Meridian Real Estate Services President Jeff Harris, who represented the company along with John Robinson. Meridian specializes in large office lease deals.
Harris said site selection and negotiations took about nine months to wrap up. The site selection was the easy part. "There were only one or two sites that made sense," Harris tells GlobeSt.Com. "It was important that they find a campus site with a great deal of accessibility to the interstate."The Duke-Weeks property was selected over Lauth Property Group's INTECH Park.
