Tim Relyea of Cushman Realty Corp. has represented Conoco in the lease negotiations for the building, owned Crescent Real Estate Funding VIII LP. Crescent has used in-house leasing manager Bill Schneidau in the talks.
The Energy Corridor runs along Memorial Drive parallel to Interstate 10 in West Houston. Three Westlake Park is part of the Westlake Park business development. The 414,206-sf Three Westlake Park boasts 22,000-sf floor plates on each of its 19 floors. A source at Crescent tells GlobeSt.com the building also houses tenants such as Exxon Mobil Corp. and Murphy Oil Corp. According to the Crescent source, the building is 70% occupied.
