Chuck and Sandy Lee's new holding, a 2,400-sf freestanding structure, is located at 4302 E. Rancier. Jack Swenson of the Swenson Co. in Killeen has represented the Lees in the buy. Will B. Evan, vice president of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Dallas office, and William Foster of SnyerMark in Austin have acted on the seller's behalf. Evans says the couple definitely will reopen the building as a community store, but does not have any details about additional plans for the undertaking.
The 7-Eleven Inc. currently has about 60 vacant stores nationwide that are being sold by Evans. The 2,400-sf freestanding buildings, Evans tells GlobeSt.com, literally are located from "New York to California." He also has just sold one such property in Phoenix for $475,000. Buyer RLF Properties' holding is located at 3602 Indian School.
