On its 8-1/2% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred stock, the dividend is $1.0625 per share for the second quarter.
On the 7-5/8% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred stock, the dividend was $0.47656 per share. On its 8% Series D Preferred units, Post's dividend was 50 cents.
The REIT owns 34,000 apartments in 97 communities. Another 4,385 units are under development.
